Happy (almost) Valentine's Day!

Do Now: What is one of your favorite things to do with your family? What is your favorite memory of spending time with your family?

In honor of Valentine's Day this Friday, the 1st and 2nd grade took a small break from World Art to celebrate love! Valentine's day is not just about romantic love, but also the love you feel for your friends and family.

After brainstorming favorite family memories and activities during our 'do now', the 1st and 2nd grade painted a scene using watercolors to give as a gift to their families.
