Complementary Colors
Do Now: Draw a scene from your favorite book
After the 1st and 2nd graders were introduced to the complementary color pairs (red and green, purple and yellow, blue and orange)they also had a chance to choose a color pair to practice pattern making.
The 1st and 2nd graders focused to make sure they were coloring in the patterns correctly - they did a great job!
We will continue with complementary color patterns next week!
